Coming from the M32:

Travel all the way to the end of the motorway heading for the city centre.

At the end of the motorway follow the road ahead following signs for Bus Station & Clifton until you reach a large island ( Premier Lodge on far side of Island)

Take the 1st exit to the City Centre ( Get in Right Hand Lane ) passing Debenhams and House of Fraser on your left.

Keep in the Right hand lane and follow this road past the Bay Horse pub a small garage & NCP Car Park on your right. Stay in this lane and proceed straight on

DO NOT TAKE THE RIGHT FILTER ROAD JUST AFTER THE GARAGE.

Keep in the RIGHT hand lane as you come on to the city centre. A large pedestrian area will be straight in front of you as you come onto the centre.

Follow the yellow sign posts which state "Park Street A4018 Clifton " … the road bends round to the right then left taking you past the Hippodrome on your right. You still need to be in the right hand lane. (You are heading for the far right corner of the city centre)

As you reach the far right corner of the centre passing some fountains on your left the Marriott Hotel will be directly in front of you with a road running down the left side of it and one which runs to the right and directly in front of it. Being in the right most lane should take you in front of the Hotel and up Park Street.

There will be a large green area on your left with some bus stops and "Mauritania" is just past the next set of pedestrian lights on the left.

Take the first left after Mauritania into St. Georges Rd. This is signposted " Bristol Cathedral / Central Library " go to bottom of road and take 1st left into Frogmore St. and the entrance to Mandrake Club is under the bridge on the right hand side.

Meter parking is available (which you don't have to pay for on a Sunday) all around the streets.

If you can find no street parking then continue along Frogmore St. past the Hatchett Pub and the Ice Rink then Trenchard St. car park is on your left. ( £1-60 on Sunday all day )

At Temple Meads railway station you can catch the 8 or the 9 bus or the Clifton Triangle rail-link bus, all of which stop outside the station.

Ask the driver to tell you when you reach the Bristol Cathedral stop (which is at the bottom of Park Street).

From the bus stop Bar I II III is just a short way up the hill on the left. It used to be called the Mauretainia and there is still a big neon sign on the side wall - although it wont be lit during the day of course. Either turn left after Bar I II III go to bottom of road and take the 1st left - the entrance to Mandrake Club(Frogmore Street) is under the bridge on the right hand side, OR take the set of stairs (just before you reach the big neon Mauretania sign) down to Frogmore Street and the entrance to Mandrake Club is under the bridge on the right hand side.
